Mr. Tan brings nearly 30 years of senior management experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He has held full P&L responsibility for multiple manufacturing and operational sites across China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, overseeing annual revenues of approximately RMB 4 Billion.

  • Previous Roles: served as Asia-Pacific Board Chairman and President for two global heritage corporations — Vacuumschmelze GmbH (a Siemens subsidiary in Germany) and Morgan Advanced Materials Plc (UK). He has extensive experience in greenfield investments, M&A negotiations, and large-scale organizational restructuring, with a proven ability to bridge Eastern and Western management cultures.

    • Current Focus: Oversees the Group's strategic direction, international investment portfolio, and corporate governance framework.

    A global-minded entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in maritime logistics, sports business, and cross-border investment. He specializes in building a smart commercial ecosystem connecting China, Southeast Asia, and the broader Asia-Pacific markets.


    • Leadership: Oversees the Group's strategic development, investment decisions, international partnerships, and brand operations.


    • Other Ventures: Founder & CEO of EastBay Marine and Founder of Leopard Capital, focusing on early-stage investments in consumer, gaming, and sports ventures; and Vice President of the KEDGE Business School  Entrepreneurship Club (China Chapter), promoting cross-border entrepreneurship and alumni collaboration between China, France, and Singapore.

    • Expertise: Deep regional expertise in Asia, with a current focus on cross-border e-commerce and digital marketing


    • Responsibilities: Oversees the Group’s day-to-day operations, cross-border business execution, supply chain integration, and market development, driving efficiency and innovation across its investment, trade, and consumer brand divisions. His leadership ensures that the company maintains strong execution capabilities and operational excellence across the Asia-Pacific region.

He previously held senior positions at UOB and Credit Lyonnais International Asset Management and is now Chief Investment Officer of RHT DigiCapital, overseeing fund management and asset allocation.

    He also co-founded Stirling Fort Capital, an MAS-licensed fund management company in Singapore. His expertise spans equity and derivatives trading, private equity and pre-IPO investments, and cross-border fund structuring.

    Graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Since 2003, he has specialized in internet marketing, focusing on PPC, SEO, and funnel-based growth strategies.

    With over 20 years of experience in e-commerce and digital training, he is currently the Vice President of the China–ASEAN E-Commerce Promotion Association (ACECPA) and an Advisor to the Malaysia E-Commerce Association. Formerly a Board Member of the Johor Digital Economy Centre, he has been the official Malaysia partner of Alibaba Taobao Education since 2017 and serves as a digital marketing trainer for leading organizations including Sin Chew Daily and SVO Group, driving Southeast Asia’s digital transformation and brand globalization.
